OV Notes is built to be private by default. We do not collect your personal data, and we do not operate any servers that receive your notes.
Your notes are saved on your device as plain Markdown (.md) files. App settings and chat history are kept in local storage on the device. If you enable any secret such as an AI provider key, it is stored in the device's secure keychain — not on any server. Uninstalling the app removes this local data and the stored key.
If you turn on sync, your notes are stored in your own iCloud container so they stay current across your iPhone, iPad, and the OV Mac app. This uses your personal Apple ID and is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.
The AI Copilot is an optional feature you choose to enable by providing your own AI provider API key (for example, OpenAI). When — and only when — you start an AI request, the note text you submit is sent directly from your device to that provider (by default api.openai.com, or a custom endpoint you configure) so it can generate a response.
That request is governed by your chosen provider's privacy policy and terms. OV operates no server in between: we never receive, log, or store your prompts or note contents. If you never use the Copilot, no note data ever leaves your device except through your own iCloud sync above.
OV does not embed analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or advertising networks. The only network endpoint the app contacts is the AI provider described above, and only on your action.
OV Notes is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

이 요청은 사용자가 선택한 제공자의 개인정보 처리방침과 약관에 따릅니다. 그 사이에 OV의 서버는 존재하지 않으며, 우리는 사용자의 프롬프트나 노트 내용을 받거나 기록·저장하지 않습니다. 코파일럿을 사용하지 않으면, 위의 iCloud 동기화를 제외하고 어떤 노트 데이터도 기기를 떠나지 않습니다.
OV는 분석 SDK, 크래시 리포터, 광고 네트워크를 포함하지 않습니다. 앱이 접속하는 유일한 네트워크 엔드포인트는 위에서 설명한 AI 제공자이며, 사용자의 동작이 있을 때에만 연결됩니다.
OV Notes는 전 연령에 적합하며, 만 13세 미만 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 위의 “최종 업데이트” 날짜에 반영됩니다.
